Our Process
Choosing the right furniture can be difficult – you need to consider different aspects such as styles, room layouts and function.
Craft Furniture has all the technical expertise to interpret your vision and execute a result that will surpass all expectations, in line with your budget. We can partner with you throughout the process and guide you each step of the way.
INITIAL ENGAGEMENT
You can contact us through email, telephone or visiting our factory. The best way for us to assist would be seeing pictures of pieces you like – this will give us a good indication of your style requirements.
BRIEF
In the brief, we will discuss materials, colours and budget. Please bring the room dimensions (or piece dimensions) required along with you.
DESIGN
Based on the brief meeting, we go and design the product based on your vision. Craft Furniture will alter this design until you are happy with the final process. Depending on the scope of works, the design process can take up to 5 working days.
MANUFACTURING
The manufacturing process will depend on number of pieces and components required. It can take between 2-8 weeks. Pictures will be sent to continuously update you on your piece to make sure you are informed every step of the way.
INSTALLATION & HANDOVER
Our expert team of installation technicians (if required) will meet you on site. All components go through a quality check and clean before handover. The Craft Furniture team will not walk away from the project until our client is 100% happy.
